(2015), perfecting the model previously elaborated by Costa (2016), and elements and questions usually present en established models of maturity; b) operationalize the concept, through the construction of an instrument for measuring collaborative maturity; and c) to test the validity of the content of the operationalization from the semantic validity of the instrument vis-à-vis the model of Emerson. The text is divided into five parts. An introduction addresses the methodological issues that pertain to the construction of models.
